Analysis of the Efficacy of Clopidogrel Combined with Enteric-Coated Aspirin in the Treatment of Acute Mild Cerebral Infarction

Abstract：Objective To analyze the clinical value of the combination therapy of clopidogrel and aspirin in patients with mild acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 90 patients with mild acute cerebral infarction treated at the Second People's Hospital of Panzhou from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected for the study.Us-ing a random draw method,the patients were divided into an observation group(clopidogrel combined with aspirin)and a control group(aspirin only),with 45 patients in each group.After 21 days of treatment,neurological function impairment,quality of life,blood rheology parameters,clinical efficacy,and adverse reactions were compared be-tween the two groups.Results Prior to treatment,there were no significant differences between the two groups in NIHSS scores,as well as scores for physical function,bodily pain,mental state,and social functioning(P＞0.05).After 21 days of treatment,both groups showed significant improvement in neurological function impairment and quality of life compared to pre-treatment levels(P＜0.001).The NIHSS scores in the observation group were signifi-cantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.001).Blood viscosity parameters,including high-shear and low-shear whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,and fibrinogen levels,significantly decreased in both groups com-pared to pre-treatment levels(P＜0.05),with more pronounced reductions in the observation group(P＜0.001).The observation group also demonstrated significantly higher scores in quality of life regarding physical function,bodily pain,mental state,and social functioning compared to the control group(P＜0.05).In the observation group,44 patients were deemed effective(effectiveness rate of 97.78％),compared to 35 effective cases(effectiveness rate of 77.78％)in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was not significantly different from that in the control group(P＞0.05).Conclu-sion The treatment regimen of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in patients with acute cerebral infarction is ben-eficial for the recovery of neurological function and the improvement of quality of life,demonstrating significant clinical efficacy.
