Research Progress on the Diagnosis and Treatment Mode of Multiple Injuries in the Emergency Department

Abstract：Multiple injuries are a common emergency critical illness with high incidence,disability and mor-tality rates,and have become the primary cause of death among people under the age of 45 in China.For the diagnosis of multiple injuries,the diagnosis of injuries,complications,and comorbidities should be followed.The grading and evaluation of multiple injuries is based on the AIS-ISS scoring system.The treatment of multiple injuries includes pre-hospital first aid and in-hospital first aid,and in-hospital first aid mainly includes the sub-department triage mod-el,the integrated model,the trauma center-led model,and the emergency department independent model.This article summarizes the progress of the diagnosis and treatment of multiple injuries in the emergency department,aiming to improve the accuracy of diagnosis and the success rate of treatment of patients with multiple injuries.
