Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical value of emergency pre triage in patients with Non ST elevation myocardial infarction(NSTEMI).Methods A retrospective collection was conducted on 80 NSTEMI patients treated at Huaiyin District People's Hospital in Jinan City from February 2023 to February 2024.According to dif-ferent pre examination triage modes, they were divided into an observation group(emergency pre examination triage mode)and a control group(routine pre examination triage mode).Comparinge emergency response time, efficiency, and satisfaction. Results The completion time of electrocardiogram, preoperative preparation time, and balloon dilation time in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group(P<0.001).The success rate of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)stent implantation in the observation group was 95.00%,significantly high-er than the control group's 75.00%(P=0.012);The in-hospital mortality rate of the observation group was 2.50%,significantly lower than the control group's 15.00%(P=0.048).The nursing satisfaction rate of medical staff in the ob-servation group was 100.00%,and the nursing satisfaction rate of patients and their families was 97.50%,both sig-nificantly higher than the control group's 80.00%and 77.50%(P=0.003,0.007).Conclusion The implementation of the emergency pre-triage process can effectively shorten the emergency time for NSTEMI patients with acute chest pain, improve emergency efficiency, and enhance the satisfaction of medical staff and patients.
