Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical value of an integrated medical-nursing emergency care model in the rescue process of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the medical records of 80 AMI patients treated at our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023.According to different emergency nursing modes, patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. The emergency response times, rescue outcomes, and complication rates were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group demonstrated significantly shorter times from symptom onset to arrival at the emergency department, triage, electrocardiogram examination, entrance and exit from the emergency department, percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)treatment,door-to-balloon time, and reperfusion time compared to the control group(P<0.001).The rescue success rate in the observation group was 97.50%,significantly higher than that(77.50%)in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 12.50%,significantly lower than that(32.50%)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated medical-nursing emergency care model effectively shortens emergency response times in AMI pa-tients,improves rescue success rates, and reduces the incidence of complications.
