Research on the Training Content Requirements and Priority of Emergency Medical Rescue Teams

Abstract：With the continuous development of China's emergency medical rescue system and the continuous improvement of hardware facilities,the training of personnel within the emergency medical rescue team also needs to be synchronized and followed up.But currently there is no standardized training system,and team members have different training needs.The author collected the needs of team members for training content,format,time,and frequency through a questionnaire,and analyzed the differences in the needs of team members in different positions and professional titles.Enable better development of training plans,establishment of standardized training systems,and improvement of team members'theoretical and practical abilities.
