Abstract:Objective To explore the feasibility of naloxone combined with Xuesaitong in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 112 patients with acute cerebral infarction who visited our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the study group(n=56)and the control group(n=56).The study group was treated with naloxone combined with Xuesaitong, while the control group was treated with naloxone alone. The NIHSS,FMA,and BI scores, clinical effective rate, plasma BNP levels, and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, the clinical symptoms and self-care abilities of patients in both groups improved, but the study group had a higher clinical effective rate(P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no significant differences in NIHSS,FMA,and BI scores between the two groups(P>0.005).After treatment, the NIHSS scores of both groups significantly decreased(P<0.001),and the FMA and BI scores of both groups significantly increased(P<0.001),butthe decrease in NIHSS scores and the increase in FMA and BI scores in the study group were more significant than those in the control group(P<0.001).After treatment, the plasma BNP levels of both groups decreased, and the improvement in the study group was better than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.001).During the treatment period, there was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions such as rash, nausea, drowsiness, and tachycardia between the two groups(8.93%vs 12.50%,P>0.541).Conclusion Nalox-one combined with Xuesaitong in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction can help improve motor and neurological function, effectively enhance life abil-ities,and have few adverse reactions.
