Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of rapid and accurate triage emergency process in the rescue of emergency chest pain patients. Methods 100 emergency chest pain patients admitted to the Third People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected.According to different emergency processes, they were divided into the study group(rapid and accurate triage emergency process)and the control group(conventional emergency process),with 50 cases in each group. The triage effect, waiting time, and time points of examination and treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The triage accuracy rate(98.00%),correct identification of high-risk chest pain rate(96.00%),and emer-gency handling rate(64.00%)of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group, with the triage accuracy rate(80.00%),correct identification of high-risk chest pain rate(62.00%),and emergency handling rate(38.00%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The waiting time of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.001).The satisfaction scores of nursing services, waiting environment, information communication, order of visits, and emergency skills of the study group were signifi-cantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rapid and accurate triage emergency process in the rescue process of emergency chest pain patients can effectively improve the triage effect, reduce waiting time and myocardial ischemia time, and increase the satisfaction of patients and their families.
