Cross Theoretical Model Extension Nursing Effect and its Impact on Renal Function in Patients with Acute Renal Failure
WU Junying
Abstract:Objective To explore the feasibility of trans-theoretical model extended nursing for patients with acute renal failure(ARF),and analyze the effect of this nursing model on patients'renal function. Methods 78 patients with acute renal failure who received hemodialysis treatment in the Second Hospital of Longyan City were divided into the observation group and the control group by random assignment, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with trans-theoretical model extended nursing. The quality of life, renal function, subjective well-being,and nutritional status of the two groups were compared before and after caring. Results The quality of life, renal function, subjective well-be-ing,and nutritional status of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group after nurs-ing,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing extended nursing services across theoretical models for ARF patients is helpful to improve patients'quality of life, renal function, subjective well-being,and effectively improve patients'nutritional status, which is of great significance for effective treat-ment of patients'diseases.
