Abstract:Objective To study the effect of the application of playful situational cognitive intervention on the treatment compliance and symptom relief during the aerosol inhalation of bronchial pneumonia children. Methods 120 children with bronchial pneumonia admitted from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into the control group(n=60,routine atomization inhalation care)and the observation group(n=60,and playful situational cognitive intervention was added on the basis of routine care).Intervention outcomes were ap-praised through the treatment compliance, symptom relief time, the lung function indexes like forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),and peak expiratory flow(PEF).Results The good treatment compliance rates in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group(86.67%vs 68.33%,P<0.05);the dyspnea, cough, and wheezing rale disappearance time in the observation group was sig-nificantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);after intervention,FVC,FEV1,and PEF values in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The playful situational cognitive intervention can reduce the clinical symptoms, improve the treatment compliance and lung function for bronchial pneumonia children.
