Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of pre-hospital emergency services in patients with acute stroke. Methods 110 patients with acute stroke treated in Zhenjiang Emergency Center from May 2020.05 to May 2023.05 were retrospectively included.According to different treatment procedures, they were divided into the self-admission group(control group,n=55 cases)and the pre-hospital emergency group(study group,n=55 cases). The treatment time,NIHSS score, and GCS score of the two groups were compared. Results The time from onset to treatment, the time from admission to CT examination, the time from onset to thrombolysis, the time from admission to thrombolysis, and the time from CT examination to thrombolysis in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).At admission, there were no significant differences in NIHSS score and GCS score between the two groups(P>0.05).At discharge,NIHSS score of both groups decreased significantly(P<0.001),and NIHSS score of the observation group decreased more significantly than that of the control group decreased(P<0.001);GCS scores in both groups were significantly increased(P<0.001),and GCS scores in the observation group increased more significantly than those in the control group increased(P<0.001).Conclusion Pre-hospital emergency services can significantly shorten the treatment time of acute stroke patients, which is conducive to the recovery of neurological function and improve the prognosis of patients.
