Application of Full-time Stratified Nursing Group Model in the Rescue of Critically Ill Cardiovascular Patients in Emergency Department

Abstract：Objective This paper analyzes the effect of the full-time stratified nursing group model on the clinical rescue of critical cardiovascular patients in emergency department.Methods 98 critical cardiovascular patients admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were randomly selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group(n=49)and the experimental group(n=49)based on double blind method,while routine nursing and professional stratified nursing were carried out respectively.The nursing indexes,rescue effect,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The time of opening venous access,first aid,and hospitalization in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The mortality,disability rate,and good rate of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,with significant differences(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experi-mental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The full-time stratified nursing group model is helpful to improve the nursing efficiency and rescue effect of cardiovascular critical patients in emergency department,so it is worth being promoted and applied in clinic.
