Analyzing the Impact of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing on the Rehabilitation Outcomes of Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Liver Lobectomy

Abstract：Objective To explore the implementation effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in patients under-going laparoscopic liver lobectomy.Methods 45 patients who underwent laparoscopic liver lobectomy in our hospital from September 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the obser-vation group(rapid recovery nursing)of 23 cases and the control group(routine nursing)of 22 cases,and the nursing effects were compared.Results Comparing the recovery of gastrointestinal function,the observation group had shorter first eating time,first exhaust time,and first bowel movement time than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower pain VAS scores at 12 hours,24 hours,and 48 hours after surgery compared to the control group(P＜0.05).Comparing surgical stress indicators(postoperative),the cortisol(Cor)value,C-reactive protein(CRP)value,and white blood cell count(WBC)value of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of rapid rehabilitation nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic liver lobectomy has a positive impact on promoting disease recovery.
