Analysis of the Application Effect of Predictive Nursing in Thrombolytic Therapy for Patients with Ischemic Stroke

Abstract：Objective To analyze the application effect of predictive nursing in thrombolytic therapy of acute ischemic cerebral infarction.Methods 80 patients with acute ischemic cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group based on nursing care methods for alteplase thrombolytic therapy,while the control group was treated with general nursing and the inter-vention group was treated with predictive nursing.The high-quality rate of nursing and its effect on the prognosis of patients in the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the high quality rate of nursing in the inter-vention group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of HIS,ESSEN,hs-CRP,Hcy,and Lp-PLA2 in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclu-sion Predictive nursing care can significantly improve the quality of care of patients with acute ischemic cerebral infarction,high quality rate of care,and improve the prognosis of patients with outstanding effect.It is worth pro-moting the implementation of clinical efforts.
