Effect of Baogong Zhixue Granule Combined with Ethoestradiol Cyproterone on Patients with Abnormal Uterine Bleeding

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of drug combination therapy on patients with abnormal uter-ine bleeding.Methods 90 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding admitted to Yanxi Town Central Health Center,Changtai District,Zhangzhou were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random drawing method,which are the control group(n=45,ethinyl estradiol cyproterone tablets)and the ob-servation group(n=45,ethinyl estradiol cyproterone tablets+Baogong hemostatic granules).The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results Endothelial function,blood routine related indexes,clinical related indexes,and endometrial thickness of the observation group were compared with those of the control group,and the relevant data were significant(P＜0.05).The levels of sex hormone-related indexes in the observation group were lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The clinical therapeutic effect was lower in the control group than in the observation group(P＜0.05);There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion For patients with abnormal uterine bleeding,the combination of the two drugs has an ideal treatment effect,which can improve the patient's sex hormone level,endothelial function,blood routine,and the clinical treatment effect.
