Abstract:Objective To discuss the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on the pain degree of patients with cervical spondylosis. Methods 84 patients with cervical spondylosis diagnosed in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received rehabilitation nursing intervention based on the intervention conditions of the control group. The neck and shoulder pain, cervical function, and quality of life of the two groups in different intervention periods were compared. Results the visual analogue scoring(VAS)scores of the observation group on the discharge day and at 4 and 12 weeks after the intervention were(4.17±0.75),(3.54±0.62),and(2.33±0.65),which were lower than those of the control group which were(4.81±1.03),(4.02±0.87),and(2.87±0.91)(t=3.255,P=0.001;t=2.91 1,P=0.004;t=3.129,P=0.002).The Japanese Orthopedic Association(JOA)scores of the observation group on the discharge day and 4 and 12 weeks after the intervention were higher than those of the control group(t=2.793,P=0.006;t=2.927,P=0.004;t=2.990,P=0.003).After the intervention, the scores of each score item(physiological function, emotional function, social function, and material life)in the comprehensive quality of life assessment scale(gqol-74)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(t=3.158,P=0.002;t=2.985,P=0.003;t=2.727,P=0.007;t=2.934,P=0.004).Conclusion rehabilitation nursing intervention can effectively relieve neck and shoulder pain symptoms of patients with cervical spondylosis, improve cervical function of patients, and improve their quality of life.
