Abstract:Objective To explore the feasibility and rehabilitation value of the combination of non-tracheal intubation anesthesia and refined nursing for emergency thoracoscopic lobectomy. Methods 80 patients who underwent emergency thoracoscopic lobectomy were selected as the subjects and divided into the study group and the control group with random table method. The study group patients were treated with non-tracheal intubation anesthesia and refined nursing during the surgery,The control group received routine care. Results All patients had higher disease cognition scores after nursing intervention than that before nursing intervention, but disease awareness was higher in the study group than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of FEV1,FEV1/FVC,and FVC in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative recovery time and the rate of thoracic adhesion were lower in the study group that those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Complications in the study group and the control group accounted for 7.50%and 20.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Non-tracheal intubation anesthesia and refined care used in thoracoscopic lobectomy can help to improve postoperative lung function, reduce intraoperative thoracic adhesions, shorten postoperative recovery time, and have fewer postoperative complications. It can be widely used in emergency thoracoscopic lobectomy treatment.
