Abstract:Objective To analyze the application value of CT examination in preoperative diagnosis of neuroblastoma and evaluation of curative effect after radical treatment. Methods 80 children with neuroblastoma in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2024 were retrospectively selected and divided into the high-risk group(25 cases),the medium-risk group(25 cases),and the low-risk group(30 cases)according to the COG grading system. The diagnostic value of CT in neuroblastoma was analyzed, and the preoperative CT findings and postoperative clinical efficacy of the three groups were statistically analyzed. Results 80 children underwent CT examination and surgical pathological examination, and the detection rates of neuroblastoma were 92.50%(74/80)and 100.00%(80/80),respectively,with no statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Among them,4 cases were misdiagnosed as nephroblastoma and 2 cases were misdiagnosed as hepatoblastoma on CT examination. The longest tumor diameter was significantly different among low-risk,medium-risk and high-risk groups(P<0.05),and with the increase of risk grade, the longest tumor diameter showed an increasing trend. There were significant differences between low-risk,medium-risk,and high-risk groups on the space-occupying effect(P<0.05),and with the increase of risk grade, the incidence of space-occupying effect showed a decreasing trend. There were significant differences among low-risk,medium-risk and high-risk groups on the incidence of invasion(P<0.05),and the incidence of invasion showed an increasing trend with the increase of risk grade(P<0.05).Conclusion CT examination is of high value in preoperative diagnosis of neuroblastoma and evaluation of curative effect after radical treatment.
