Diagnostic Analysis of Anti Mullerian Hormone and Human Epididymal Protein 4 in Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Using Fully Automated Chemiluminescence Immunoassay Analyzer

Abstract：Objective To comprehensively evaluate the diagnostic value of automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer for detecting anti Mullerian hormone and Human Epididymal Protein 4(HE4)for polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods A study was conducted on 45 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(observation group)and 45 healthy individuals undergoing physical examination(control group)in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023.The levels of anti Mullerian hormone and HE4 were detected using MAGLUMI X8 fully automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer,and the results were compared;We follow up them for 1 year and compare the indicator levels between the observation group patients with and without disease recurrence.Results The levels of anti Mullerian hormone and HE4 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05);After a one-year follow-up,the levels of anti Mullerian hormone and HE4 in recurrent patients were higher than those in non-recurrent patients(P＜0.05).Conclusion The use of a fully automated chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer to test the levels of anti Mullerian hormone and HE4 has strong diagnostic value for polycystic ovary syndrome and can be used for early detection of polycystic ovary syndrome.
