Clinical Value Analysis of Amiodarone Hydrochloride for Emergency Treatment of Patients with Ventricular Arrhythmias

Abstract：Objective To study the effect of basic therapy combined with amiodarone hydrochloride for ventricular arrhythmia.Methods 180 patients with ventricular arrhythmia randomly selected from the emergency Department of Fuzhou Changle District Hospital from August 2019 to October 2022 were divided into two groups by double-blind method,with 90 patients in each group which are the observation group and the control group.Intravenous access was established in both groups,and the patients were treated with oxygen inhalation,ECG monitoring,blood pressure monitoring,anticoagulation,correction of electrolyte disturbance,etc.The control group was treated with metoprolol tartrate tablet on the basis of conventional basic treatment,and the observation group was treated with amiodarone hydrochloride on the basis of conventional basic treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate and left ventricular ejection fraction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the clinical indicators,the number of premature ventricular beats,the indicators of left ventricular cardiac function(end-systolic diameter,end-diastolic volume),and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of basic therapy combined with amiodarone hydrochloride on ventricular arrhythmia is better.
