Abstract:Objective To explore the effectiveness of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing for patients with lower limb fractures, and to analyze the impact on postoperative fracture healing time and complications. Methods Sixty patients with lower limb fractures admitted to the orthopedics department of our hospital from November 2020 to November 2022 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the study group(30 cases)using the odd even method. The control group received routine nursing care, while the research group received multidisciplinary collaborative nursing care. The postoperative recovery, joint activity, emotional state, and complications of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results(1)The time for postoperative mobilization and fracture healing in the study group was earlier than that in the control group, and the length of hospital stay in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, with significant differences(P<0.05);(2)The Lysholm and knee joint range of motion scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);(3)The MSSNS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);(4)The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The effectiveness of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing for patients with lower limb fractures is significant, which can alleviate their psychological pressure, reduce the risk of postoperative complications, and promote joint function recovery and fracture healing. It is a high-quality nursing measure.
