Abstract:Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 106 patients with acute cerebral infarction from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected. The control group(53 cases)was treated with conventional Western medicine, while the patients in the observation group(53 cases)was treated with the traditional Chinese medicine treatment measures on the basis of the treatment of the control group, including the use of modified Chaichen Zexie Decoction, and acupuncture, moxibustion, moxibustion, massage and other methods are used to improve the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine. The two groups of patients were treated with medication for 7~14 days(average of 10 days). Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group(94.34%)was higher than that in the control group(84.91%),P>0.05;The NIHSS score of the observation group patients after treatment was(6.29±2.93)points,while the NIHSS score of the control group patients after treatment was(9.10±3.15)points.The prognosis of nerve damage in the observation group patients was better than that in the control group,P>0.05;The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group(16.98%)was higher than that in the observation group(7.55%),P>0.05.Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction, with high safety and reliability of treatment methods. The treatment methods have clinical promotion value.
