Abstract:Objective To Explore the clinical effect of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment on patients with cardiovascular disease with anxiety disorder. Methods The study focused on 80 patients with cardiovascular disease complicated with anxiety disorder who were admitted from January 2023 to January 2024.They were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group. The control group received Western medicine treatment, while the study group received a combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment. The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),anxiety(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS),sleep quality(Pittsburgh Sleep Index Scale,PSQI),the cardiac function grading(grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ),and clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were observed before and after treatment. Results There was no significant difference(P>0.05)in the LVEF index,SAS,PSQI score, and heart function level Ⅱ and Ⅳ incidence rates between the two groups before treatment. After observation of clinical indicators in each group after treatment,it was found that the LVEF value, heart function level Ⅰ incidence rate, and total effective rate of treatment in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, but the heart function level Ⅲincidence rate,SAS score, and PSQI score were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has a good effect on the treatment of cardiovascular disease with anxiety, which can not only alleviate the patient's anxiety, but also improve their heart function and sleep quality. It has a significant therapeutic effect and is suitable for clinical application.
