Clinical Value of Emergency Nursing in Patients with Severe Traumatic Shock

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of emergency nursing on patients with severe traumatic shock.Methods 80 patients with severe traumatic shock were collected from July 2020 to July 2020.40 patients were assigned to the single care group(General Emergency Intervention),and the other 40patients were assigned into the comprehensive group(comprehensive emergency intervention for patients).The first aid efficiency,first aid success rate,and total complication rate of the single nursing group and the comprehensive group were evalu-ated.Results After nursing,the first-aid efficiency,the success rate of first-aid,and the total incidence rate of complications of the comprehensive nursing group were significantly higher than those in the single nursing group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive emergency care can improve the rescue efficiency of patients with se-vere traumatic shock,increase the success rate of emergency care,and reduce the incidence of related complications,sp it can be applied and promoted.
