Influence of Inflatable Heating Apparatus on Nursing Care of Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of different temperature settings on inflatable heating apparatus on the nursing care of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods 50 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy from January 2021 to January 2023 were enrolled in this study,the setting temperature of the 25 cases in the control group was 32 ℃,and that of the 25 cases in the observation group was 38℃.The changes of central temperature,the occurrence of complications,the score of sedation,and recovery of gastrointestinal function were observed.Results The central temperature of the patients in the observation group was higher at 30 min,60 min,and at the end of operation than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05),while the central temperature at 5 min and at the beginning of operation of the two groups were not statistical significant(P＞0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had no statistically significant difference in operation time,bleeding during operation(P＞0.05),and the observation group had lower anal exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time,and defecation time than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Ramsay score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at every different time points(P＜0.05).The incidences of abdominal pain,incision infection,nausea,and vomiting in the observation group were not significantly different from those in the control group(P＞0.05),but the incidences of restlessness and shivering in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of 38 ℃ inflatable warming instrument during laparoscopic cholecystectomy can maintain the stable central body temperature,prevent chills and agitation,and is beneficial to the recovery of gastrointestinal function,reduce the degree of patients with stress,it is worth promoting.
