Abstract：Unstable angina(UA)is a clinical syndrome that lies between stable angina(SAP)and acute myocardial infarction(AMI),characterized by episodic chest pain,whose main pathological mechanism is the rup-ture of unstable atherosclerotic plaques.Western medicine treatment of unstable angina mainly includes antiplatelet,anticoagulant,nitrate,beta-blocker,calcium channel blocker,lipid-lowering,and other drugs But the efficacy is often unsatisfactory,and the long-term using may cause adverse events.
