Abstract:Objective Explore the impact of integrated training on balance ability and anti-fall risk in elderly stroke patients. Methods 100 elderly stroke patients admitted to Nanning First People's Hospital from July 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into the control group of 50 cases and the experimental group of 50 cases.Among them, the control group selected personalized medication treatment, fall prevention guidance, and education, while the experimental group implemented integrated training on the basis of the control group. We compared the changes in the Chinese versions of the Morse Fall Scale(MFS),Berg Balance Scale(BBS),Time Stand Walk Test(TUGT),and the incidence of falls between the two groups. Results After 8 weeks,6 months, and 12 months of training, the BBS scores of the two groups increased, while the MFS scores and TUGT scores decreased. The experimental group's condition improvement was better compared to the control group(P<0.001).Compared with the control group, the incidence of falls in the experimental group decreased within 12 months of training(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated training can help to improve the balance ability of elderly stroke patients, reduce the risk of falls, reduce the incidence of falls, and promote faster recovery.
