Abstract：This article retrospectively analyzed treatment and nursing measures of one patient occurred amniotic fluid embolism complicated with serious complications in spontaneous delivery, disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) and multiple system organ failure (MSOF) included, expecting to offer a reference for clinically treating patients in the future.
