Renal replacement therapy in crush syndrome after earthquake

Abstract：Crush syndrome is the second cause of death in earthquake, next only to the direct trauma and death caused by collapsed buildings. Renal replacement therapy for patients with crush syndrome after earthquake plays a vital role. Through the review of literature, the author summarized the timing of renal replacement therapy for patients with crush syndrome after earthquake, and compared common ways of renal replacement therapy, providing reference for the reasonable choice of clinical dialysis mode and the enhancement of renal function recovery probability in patients with crush syndrome.
