Reflection on the status quo and countermeasure of competency of civilian staff in medical service readiness

Abstract：According to the practice competency of medical service readiness of non-commissioned civilian staff in military hospital, the author analysed the status quo of their sense of mission, physical and psychological quality, first aid ability and political consciousness, and explored the countermeasures to improve the competency of medical service readiness, hopefully providing references for improvement of the competency of medical support.
