Abstract：The author reported clinical date of 4 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in youth after playing online games for a long time, to explore the etiology, risk factors and prognosis of cerebral hemorrhage in youth, in order to made it clear that playing high-intensity online games for a long time is one of the factors in inducing vascular malformations of brain or intracranial hemangioma rupture and hemorrhage.
