Abstract:Through compare reference value of two kinds of cervical length detection methods of transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasound in the prediction of premature delivery, the author found that cervical length ultrasonic detection has an important value for the prediction of premature delivery, and both the positive and negative predictive value of transabdominal ultrasound were lower than that of transvaginal ultrasound, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). In a conclusion, cervical length ultrasound detection can provide important clinical reference for the prediction of premature delivery, and the accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound is obviously better than trandsabdominal ultrasound.
