Research progress on the resistance of antiplatelet drugs in patients by thromboelastogram

Abstract：Antiplatelet drugs are used in coronary heart disease, cerebral infarction, atherosclerosis, atrial fibrillation and other diseases. They can significantly improve the prognosis of these patients. However, there are still possibilities of thrombosis or hemorrhage in the course of taking medicine, so it is necessary to detect the curative effect in time. Thromboelastogram (TEG) is a new detection method, which can effectively evaluate the efficacy of antiplatelet drugs. The author reviewed the role of using blood clot elasticity in assessing the efficacy of antiplatelet agents in various diseases, in order to provide reference for clinical work.
