Abstract：The authors mainly discussed on cooperation capacity, management capacity, precise rescue capacity, professional support capacity and lasting operational capacity of the medical rescue team in practical training. They put forward that organizing regular practical training and improving five ability construction cannot only ensure medical rescuers complete diversified rescue mission in high standard, but also promote long-term development of emergency medicine in China.
