Application of CT and MRI in the diagnosis and evaluation of enteritis

Abstract：With the deepening understanding of enteritis, imaging examination is more and more important in its diagnosis and evaluation. In recent years, application of computed tomography (CT) in diagnosis, localization and qualitative, etc. of enteritis has gradually increased; magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) can contribute to more comprehensive and objective evaluation for enteritis, due to its advantages of multi-parameter, multi-sequence and multi-plane imaging. Improvement of the two examination technologies can make the acquired imaging data more accurately and clearly, which makes it possible for objective and quantitative evaluation of patients’ condition, and has important significance for the formulation of treatment plan and observation of drug efficacy.
