7 cases ankylosing spondylitis with cervicothoracic fracture treated by vertebral arch screw internal ifxation under computer navigation

Abstract：With the development of medical technology, computer navigation is more and more widely used in clinical orthopedic surgery. Owing to its advantages of high accuracy and little injury,etc. computer navigation especially performed more prominent in spine surgery. The author introduced 7 cases of ankylosing spondylitis(AS) with cervicothoracic fracture were treated by vertebral arch screw internal fixation under computer navigation, and observed their length of hospital stay, time required for the recovery of daily life, Japanese orthopaedic association(JOA) score, oswestry disability index(ODI) score,ect. concluded that AS with cervicothoracic fracture treated by vertebral arch screw internal fixation under computer navigation has good clinical effect and deserves clinical application.
