Research status of medium and long term cholestatic liver disease after liver transplantation in adults

Abstract：Liver transplantation has became the most effective treatment for patients with end-stage liver disease. How to further improve the quality of life and prolong survival time of patients become an important issue for transplant physicians. Cholestatic liver disease is a common clinical syndrome in patients after liver transplantation. The authors summarized research status of medium and long term cholestatic liver disease after liver transplantation in adults, in order to understand the diagnosis and treatment of cholestatic liver disease.
