Brief analysis on effect of doctor-patient communication in medical service

Abstract：Medical disputes are accompanied by medical services, through analyzing various causes of medical disputes, ineffective communication is the main reason. The author analyzed the skills of doctor-patient communication in every link of medical service, to resolve conflicts and avoide medical disputes, in order to provide references for hospital emergency management.
