Nursing experience of application of continuous renal replacement therapy in early treatment of heatstroke

Abstract：Based on the experience of nursing seven soldiers and officers with heatstroke who were treated by Continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT) in the early course of disease,the author summarized.that CRRT is the critical measure to treat heatstroke,and early treatment with CRRT and enhance relevant nursing measures can effectively reduce the patients'disease course,significantly lower depress fatality rate and the incidence rate of neruologic complications.
