Fresh closed achilles tendon rupture treated by minimally invasive surgery in small incision and internal suture:report of 20 cases

Abstract：Small incision and percutaneous needle guided by instrument were applied on 20 cases of patients with fresh closed rupture of achilles tendon.After that,sensation of skin area controlled by sural nerve became normal,and there was no infection and no rupture of achilles tendon again.This suggested that it is a safe,minimally invasive and effective surgery for patients with fresh closed rupture of achilles tendon.
