Abstract：For study the impact of floods on the prevalence of Schistosoma japonicum(S.japonicum) and its main epidemic risk factors,the author reviewed literature and consulted related experts,and summarized that floods have certain effects on the incidence rate of acuteS.japonicum,positive rate of blood test forS.japonicum,different topographic region,epidemic degree,groups of people andS.japonicum prevalence of different stages.Relative factors which influenced the epidemic ofS.japonicum after floods were analyzed,and then relevant prevention and control measures were put forward.
