Summary and thinking of nursing practice of medical aid at Ebola frontline

Abstract：Through summarizing nursing work of Ebola frontline medical rescue,including ward setting system,nursing management system,nursing scheduling model,training and assessment mechanism,and supervision mechanism,this paper explored problems existing in foreign aid medical and rescue mission.The training of modular SOP,psychological adaptation,and language and communication skills were carried out among the medical staff,and the establishment of a digital hospital were all important conditions for effectively completing the medical relief task.
