Study on clinical pathway of exertional heat storke on the early treatment stage

Abstract：The author retrospectively analyzed clinical diagnosis and treatment of 7 cases of mass exertional heat stroke(EHS) on the early stage,and explored the clinical pathway of early treatment of EHS,including prehospital emergency care,rapid triage,rapid cooling for stopping convulsion,fluid resuscitation,blood purification,anticoagulant therapy and prevention of complications.Effective application of clinical pathway can significantly reduce the mortality and disability rate of EHS patients,and improve the cure rate.
