1 case of reversible posterior leukoencephalopathy syndrome after methylprednisolone infusion in neuromyelitis optica

Abstract:This paper reported 1 case of RPLS in a patient with a diagnosed neuromyelitis optica (NMO) happening after methylprednisolone infusion. After diagnosed RPLS, she had favorite outcome by reducing the methylprednisolone. This case suggested that it should be taken into consideration in patient with RPLS, especially those who underwent high-dose methylprednisolone administration.
