Research status of emergency management and human resources allocation in disaster nursing management

Abstract：Combining with the nursing management of current disaster relief in China, this paper explored the emergency management, human resources allocation and organizational management in disaster relief work by consulting and analyzing related literature. It aimed to provide reference for nursing staff to achieve better disaster relief and other medical support, and improve relief ability.
