Abstract：According to the characteristics of earthquake disaster, the system structure of military organization command system for emergency medical relief in earthquake disaster, including command organization system, staff composition and the function, relationship between organizations, in order to provide the certain supporting theory for military organization command work of earthquake relief in the future.
