Organization and implementation of emergency medical rescue exercise

Abstract：Exercise is an effective means to improve the capability of emergency rescue. Through summarizing and analyzing the information reception and verification, emergency response, deployment of reinforcements, rescue scene, press releases and practice, and the organization and implementation process of the 2014 Henan Province emergency medical and rescue drill, this paper proposed formulating a scientific and reasonable plan, carrying out actual combat exercises, establishing permanent emergency team, and strengthening basic first aid skills training, in order to provide a reference for prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of mass casualties in public health emergencies.
