1 case of H1N1 influenza virus infection combined with hemolytic anemia

Abstract：A case of H1N1 influenza virus infection combined with hemolytic anemia were reported,and its clinical, laboratory characteristics and treatment of the case were reviewed, and related literature were reviewed as well.This case demonstrates that the ef-fective use of therapeutic plasma exchange, mechanical ventilation, and continuous renal replacement therapy ( CRRT) successfully made the patient recover from multiple organ failure.
