Abstract：Through summarizing clinical data of 1 patient undergoing cholecystectomy implemented by Mediflex enhanced arm clamp holder assisting one-man operate 3D laparoscope, the author explored the practicability of a kind of“low-cost robot operation”. Using Mediflex enhanced arm clamp holder instead of endoscope assistant can avoid image jitter, provide clear and stable images, save human resources, and improve the operation efficiency and reduce operation risk, as thus worth further study in clinical practice.
