Abstract:Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors worldwide, which is characterized by insidious onset, difficult early diagnosis, rapid progression and high metastasis and recurrence rates, and it seriously threatens the life and health of patients. With the development of liquid biopsy technology in recent years, exosomes,a key medium for intercellular communication, have shown great potential in the field of tumor diagnosis.Among them, long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)has attracted much attention due to its significant role in the epigenetic regulation of gene expression.More and more studies have shown that exosomal lncRNA can participate in malignant biological processes such as the occurrence, development, proliferation, invasion, and chemotherapy resistance of gastric cancer by regulating downstream target genes and related signaling pathways.Meanwhile, due to the stable existence and easy detection of exosomal lncRNA in body fluids,it has become a highly promising new diagnostic and prognostic biomarker for gastric cancer. Therefore, this study aims to systematically integrate research on the diagnostic value and molecular mechanism of exosomal lncRNA,and to comprehensively review the role of exosomal lncRNA in the onset and progression of gastric cancer.
