Abstract:Spinal muscles are crucial for maintaining spinal stability and motor function.Dysfunction of these muscles is closely associated with various conditions such as chronic low back pain, intervertebral disc herniation, and adolescent idiopathic scoliosis.Bone diseases can alter patients'posture and health, severely impairing their motor function and quality of life.Multidimensional detection technologies provide comprehensive health assessments through quantitative data on spinal muscle tissues, offering precise quantitative information and personalized treatment strategies for the management of spinal muscle disorders in sports medicine. This review comprehensively discusses the advances in the application of technologies such as magnetic resonance imaging, computed tomography, surface electromyography, and near-infrared spectroscopy in clinical areas including early disease diagnosis and postoperative rehabilitation. It systematically analyzes their technical principles and clinical applicability, and discusses the suitability and limitations of various technologies, providing new perspectives for precision diagnosis and treatment in sports medicine and the development of personalized therapeutic plans for patients.
